Kitsap County Sewer Utility in Poulsbo, Washington was looking for the best solution to replace the force main located beneath WA HWY 3, a vital highway connecting the Kitsap Peninsula and military bases in the area. Digging up the pipe for replacement was not a feasible option.

Insta-Pipe’s involvement in this multi-year project began right from the initial bidding process.
