CIPP (Cured in Place Pipe) Services in the Pacific Northwest

Insta-Pipe - Pipe Lining

For the past 30 years or so, CIPP has been used as a form of trenchless pipe repair and replacement. While other pipe services focus on replacing the entire pipe, or using a liner inside it, CIPP techniques involve creating an entirely new pipe inside the old one. It’s not the best solution for every situation, but it is surprisingly effective for solving a wide variety of problems.

That’s why Insta-Pipe continues to offer comprehensive CIPP services throughout the Pacific Northwest. Whether you just need a small leak fixed, or need an entirely new pipe liner created, we’re here to meet your needs. Contact us today to schedule an appointment.

Awesome, thank you. Your crew was great too. Thanks again for your help. - Daniel Manship Seattle Center Plumbing Shop

Types of CIPP Services We Provide

We offer a comprehensive range of CIPP services, including:

  • Laterals: Mainlines are very important, of course, but lateral lines are just as necessary for a healthy drain and sewer system. If it’s a lateral line that you have a problem with, don’t worry. We offer CIPP services for those, as well. Just give us a call, and we can make sure that your lateral lines are just as well protected as your mainline.
  • Mainline: CIPP is often used in a mainline, either to seal the entire pipe or to spot repair a problem area. This involves using a long applicator tube, which vaguely resembles an inside–out sock, to apply resin to the entirety of the pipe walls. Once the resin has dried, a process that only takes a few hours, the applicator can be removed and the new pipe liner will be left behind. CIPP liners are corrosion and leak resistant, making them ideal for dealing with those kinds of issues.
  • Ambient Cure: Ambient cure CIPP mixture is designed to be used in smaller diameter pipes, and typically in much shorter lengths, than other CIPP techniques. This method of CIPP installation dries faster, and is more cost effective, than using heavy duty resin epoxy where it isn’t needed.
  • UV Cure: UV cure CIPP uses a slightly different method than the standard epoxy. Rather than needing water and air pressure to cure, UV CIPP uses two layers of liner and ultraviolet light. This allows it to provide a stronger shell, while at the same time being thinner than other CIPP.
