Trenchless Pipe Repair - Installation Process

We use remote inspection cameras, accessing the pipe through the clean outs
The damaged pipe is cleaned and inspected without digging.
A measurement is then taken so the pipe liner material can be cut to length.
We use our CIPP Lateral Lining process to repair the pipe
The resin cures within 3 hours.
The pipe is put back into service for up to 50 years.

The material is measured and cut onsite.

The formulated resin is measured and mixed.

The resin is poured into the liner evenly.

The liner is loaded into the inverter.
